* Self-serve Coffee and Tea can be provided for an additional charge of      $2.00/person. It is unlimited throughout your event.  

* Buffet  table linen coverage IS INCLUDED. 'Full service' linen (for all guest
tables) is $5.00/person and  'Full Service' China dishes, glassware, and

silverware can be provided for an additional charge of $5.00/person.  Chair 

covers can be provided for an extra $3/person.

* Chef made-to-order omelet station can be added to any package for an      additional charge of $8.00/person.  

* Add Mimosa for an additional charge of $3.50/person.
